So....it's been a while. I feel I may finally have enough time to keep an up to date blog. Mostly it will just be pictures and painting progress but I might have some gaming stuff too as I know shall be able to attend my Tuesday club regularly again. The last few years have seen some immense changes in my life and I have empathy for everyone who keeps their head above water during turbulent seas.

My main hobby focus for now is my Black Legion and my Daemons. My Lizardmen and Space Wolves have moved on to new pastures to pay for my growing Chaos hordes. I am also working my way through Blood Bowl teams and a few other projects like my Prussian Navy for Dystopian Wars. I am waiting until I have a big chunk of time to tackle these guys as I have over 100 ships and I'd like them to be consistent and simple as possible, while still looking awesome.

    2. Yes! I'd love to do one. Starting in October or later though ;) as my new job starts in September and it will be a mental month.

And if we pre-set some dates we can look into booking time off etc. I know you prefer weekdays for example.

      Already excited at the prospect!

    3. Ha, IF we get the original gang back together, AND we all want to do it, to try to do it as well as we did the first one with full involvement and it will be a closed invitation, rather than my more recent attempts which have tried to include everyone and always failed because people sign up then drop out... well I'd say we'd need to put a little more lead time into it to be honest. October is a lot closer than we realise. But hey, i'm willing to go with the consensus on this, I think I've got a good system in place for it after my last attempt at a tale... wouldn't take too long to dust it off, and agree a timescale that works for all four participants.

    4. All sounds good to me. And you're right, keeping it closed with only 4 ppl is the best option. It's harder for people to drop by the wayside or fall too far behind, and it's easier arranging things.

I'm happy to follow your lead on the set up. It's obviously been a long time since I've done anything like it.

Perhaps we could start in December or January. Enough time to plan, aave up money, finish off some current projects etc. Also, I guess we could include models we currently own but aren't painted or only up to undercoated - looking at Novelty Boy's collection he has quite a backlog lol.

    5. Standard rules, you don't have to buy it, just paint it... it can be a new army or adding to an existing one. As long as the brush part of the painting is done within the allotted time period, it counts...
